Meet Jamie M. Tims
Master Certified Life Coach
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, is a graduate of Certified Life Coach Institute, and is certified as a Master Life Coach (MCLC). Her passion stems from a decade of experience as a personal caregiver to a family member who suffered from both debilitating PTSD as well as cancer. She knows firsthand how the stress of life affects one's ability to accomplish goals, improve personal well-being, and engage while raising and homeschooling a family. Because of these experiences she yearns to provide support, guidance, and confidence to those who are hurting and broken.

Divorce
Having been divorced myself I understand the hardships one faces. I can go on the journey with you to becoming whole again.
Relationships
Learning to develop and foster a relationship takes commitment and patience. I can help equip you with tools to enhance the relationship.
Caregiving
I was a caregiver to my mom who had Severe Complex PTSD and stage four appendix cancer for over eight years. Adaptation is a must for caregiving and I can guide you through what is needed.
Grief
Navigating life after losing a loved one is hard. I can be a beacon through the unknown.
Next Steps in Life
There are times when life gets excessively frustrating. If you are moving to a new phase or stuck in a phase, I can help you attain what is needed.
FEE FOR SERVICES
GROUPS
$35 PER PERSON/SESSION WITH NO MORE THAN FOUR PERSONS PER GROUP. GROUPS LAST FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF.
There is a four-week guide that includes the following topics: burdens, boundaries, needs, self-fish or self-caring, maintaining personal family, and letting go and letting God (the cost includes a copy of the guide and a journal).
